IPA CIS receives invitation to observe elections in Azerbaijan

In his letter, Oktay Asadov noted the rich practical experience of the IPA CIS observers and extended an invitation to the IPA CIS Observer Mission to monitor presidential elections in Azerbaijan. He also commended the good work of the IPA CIS IIMDD Baku Office.
