Kazakhstan elects president

IPA CIS deployed short-term observers to monitor elections. The team includes Viktor Guminsky, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representative of Belarus, IPA CIS Secretary General Alexey Sergeev, MPs and RRs of authorities from the Commonwealth countries.
