Observer briefing in Chisinau

Andrey Baranov, Director, IPA CIS IIMDD, opened the briefing. He introduced the list of the IPA CIS observers at the elections. Abdyzhapar Bekmatov, Deputy Chief, Committee on Human Rights, Constitutional Legislation and Government of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, is Mission Leader.

The IPA CIS observers discussed the outcomes of the long-term monitoring and set the goals for the short-term observation.
