Short-term observes meet with Chairperson of Mazhilis

Viktor Guminsky spoke on the plans of the team for the E-day. Kabibulla Zhakypov presented the results of the recent distribution of mandates to observers and spoke on voting facilities beyond Kazakhstan. He also highlighted some overarching priorities in building parliamentary framework in Kazakhstan. Inter alia, he underscored the promotion of gender equality in parliament adding that women account for 26 percent of total MPs.
