Stanislav Tkachenko: "IPA CIS has been working on standards of election observation for many years"

IPA CIS international election observation mission monitors elections to the Senate of Kazakhstan for the third time. Expert of the IPA CIS IIMDD Stanislav Tkachenko says: "The standards include several elements: first is the monitoring of effective legal and administrative arrangements made here in August. Next, we monitor election procedures and the course of the election campaign followed by the inspection of voter registration and election information".
