Young award-winners from Kirgizstan received diplomas and mementos

Today, in the Tavricheskiy Place, the IPA CIS SG Alexey Sergeev, DSG/PR of Jogorku Kenesh at the IPA CIS Nurbek Satveldiev and DSG/Director of the IPA CIS IIMDD Dmitriy Gladey distributed diplomas and mementos to the award-winners from Kirgizstan.
