Model law-making in the field of science and education discussed in the Tavricheskiy Palace

The IPA CIS PC on Science and Education held its regular meeting.
The meeting considered 10 items and adopted respective resolutions.
The Commission approved the submission of the draft model law Expertise and Expert Functions to the agenda of the IPA CIS Plenary Session.
The meeting focused on the following draft documents:
— revised model law Pre-School Education;
— model law Research Partnership and Cooperation in Design and Production of Innovative Products (Services) reworked reflecting corrections and proposals;
— concept revised model law Scientific and Technical Information;
— recommendations on Attestation of Highly Qualified Research and Teaching Staff.
The Commission also drew the outcomes of its work in 2017 and accorded the observer status to the Institute for Education Management of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
