The outer space issues were discussed in the Tavricheskiy Palace

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Russian Space Agency, the National Academy of Science of the Republic of Belarus, Glavkosmos, the Central Research Institute of Machinery, the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Science, The Research Center of Environmental Security of the Russian Academy of Science, the CIS Executive Committee, the People’s Friendship University of Russia, the Pulkovo Observatory. They discussed the draft convention of the CIS on cooperation in peaceful use of outer space.

Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council, representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Khalel Bakenov also took part in the meeting.
