First Forum of the regions – Russia-Belarus convened in Minsk

The theme of the Forum was Building Effective Agroindustry in Russia and Belarus as a Basis for Food Security of the Union State. The Forum was chaired by the Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council and Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko and the Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Anatoliy Rubinov.
