Valentina Matvienko participates in the second International Parliamentary Forum

The Forum will be attended by the Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko, Speaker of the State Douma Sregey Naryshkin. PACE President Jean-Claude Mignion, President of the Parlatino Elias Castillo, President of the Austrian Bundesrat Rheinhardt Todt, as well as a host of experts, analysts and civil activists.

Signing of an Agreement on Cooperation between the Federal Assembly and the Latin American Parliament (Parlatino) is expected during the Forum.
