Valentina Matvienko reappointed Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council

In an inaugural atmosphere at the meeting of the IPA CIS Council, heads of parliament unanimously supported the candidature of Valentina Matvienko, Speaker, Federation Council, as Chairperson of the Council. Valentina Matvienko has been reelected to preside this body.
