15 session of the IPA CIS Expert Board - RCC

The session of the Expert Board IPA CIS - Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications is taking place at the Reading Hall of the Tavricheskiy Palace. Oleg Pak, Chairman of the Board, Deputy Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, opened the Session. He stressed the role of the Board in drafting model laws building on the best practices of the Commonwealth.

The agenda includes the following items: Model laws Government On-Line, Cross-border Exchange of Electronic Documents, International Courier Delivery, CIS Innovation Code. The Session will consider the Board’s proposals on the Long-Term Plan of Model Law-Making in the Commonwealth for 2016-2020, as well as model laws related to information security and the CIS Guidelines for the monitoring of cyber space and communications.
