Ashat Mukashev Appointed Plenipotentiary Representative of Parliament of Republic of Kazakhstan at IPA CIS

The Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved the candidacy of Ashat Mukashev as Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Ashat Mukashev was born in 1979. He graduated with honors from North Kazakhstan State University and Central Asian University. He obtained his master’s degree in Public Policy at Tufts University.
He worked in various positions in the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2002 to 2019.
He became the Head of the International Cooperation and Protocol Department of the Apparatus of the Senate in 2019.
He served as Advisor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus.
He worked as Deputy Director of the Eurasian Integration Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2023 to 2024.
