Dmitriy Kobitskiy Addressed Federation Council Committee

On 22 June 2021, Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy took part in a meeting of the Committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Constitutional Legislation and State Building. Chair of the Committee Andrey Klishas chaired the meeting.
During the meeting, Dmitriy Kobitskiy informed the senators about the draft model laws and other documents developed by the IPA CIS in 2020-2021. In addition, he spoke about the outcomes of the international parliamentary conference “Global Threats and Challenges in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Terrorism and Violent Extremism”.
