Dmitriy Kobitskiy Participated in Opening of Exhibition on Fight Against Pandemic

The Mariinskiy Palace hosted the exhibition “Shoulder to Shoulder in the Service of Life” organized with the support of the partner parliaments of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg from 19 CIS and other countries.
The exhibition tells about the dedicated work of medical workers and volunteers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Dmitriy Kobitskiy, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Vyacheslav Makarov, Consuls General of a number of countries, heads of medical institutions of St. Petersburg and volunteers took part in the opening ceremony.
