Secretariat of IPA CIS Council Expresses Condolences on Death of First Chair of Senate of Kazakhstan

The telegram, signed by Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy and his deputy, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of Kazakhstan in the IPA CIS Igor Musalimov, notes that Omirbek Baigeldi was an outstanding scientist and statesman.

Omirbek Baigeldi was Chairof the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1996-1999 and actively participated in the work of the IPA CIS.
