Alexey Sergeev and Sergey Bougrov gave first graders gift safety reflectors

The IPA CIS Secretary General Alexey Sergeev and Deputy Chief of Road Police of St. Petersburg and Leningradskaya oblast Sergey Bougrov presented a certificate worth 1000 safety reflectors to the first graders of Petrogradsky district.
