Alexey Sergeev congratulated the staff of the Secretariat of the IPA CIS Council on the 25th anniversary of the organization

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Alexey Sergeev congratulated the staff of the Secretariat of the Council of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the 25th anniversary of the organization and awarded the most distinguished employees with anniversary medals, certificates of distinctions and diplomas.
In his welcoming speech, Alexey Sergeev noted that every employee had made a huge contribution to the development of the organization. “I wish our organization long years of fruitful work, as much remains to be done”, he said.
The event was attended by Deputies Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council: Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ayk Chilingaryan, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Khalel Bakenov, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrghyz Republic Nurbek Satvaldiev, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova Ion Lipciu and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Irina Sokolova.
The CIS Interparliamentary Assembly celebrated its 25th anniversary on 27 March.
