Alexey Sergeev met with a delegation of the artistic community of Kazakhstan

A delegation of the artistic community of Kazakhstan visited SPB to pay tribute to the sites and deeds of their compatriots who died standing against Nazism min the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Addressing the delegation, Secretary General of the IPA CIS Alexey Sergeev said that every family in the Commonwealth has suffered loss of life during the War.
