Secretary General – cum – Executive Secretary of the IPA CIS Council Alexey Sergeev said that celebrations of the anniversary are important for the entire Commonwealth. He also thanked the RNL for active contribution to the preparation of celebratory events to mark tribute to outstanding champions of national culture, science and state.
