Askhat Nuskabaj assigned a new diplomatic rank

By the Decision of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28 July 2019 Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Nuskabaj is assigned a diplomatic rank of the Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary.

The decision coincides with the Day of Diplomatic Service celebrated in the Republic of Kazakhstan on 2 July.
