Awards distributed in the Tavricheskiy Palace

Secretary General, IPA CIS Council Alexey Sergeev congratulated staff on the National Day, 12 June at a solemn ceremony at the Tavricheskiy Palace. After a short congratulatory speech he proceeded with the award ceremony.
