Dmitriy Kobitskiy met with President of the Republic of Moldova Igor Dodon

Within the framework of XXIII Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), the President of the Republic of Moldova Igor Dodon met with the IPA CIS SG Dmitriy Kobitskiy.
The parties discussed the status and prospects of cooperation between the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and the IPA CIS Council and decided strengthen partnership in all mutual interest areas.
President of the Republic of Moldova Igor Dodon regretted the insufficient interaction of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova with the IPA CIS due to the difficult situation in the country, but expressed hope for an early settlement of this problem. He said: "We are committed to working with all colleagues on CIS platform".
Dmitriy Kobitskiy expressed his confidence that Moldova's parliamentarians will be actively involved in the work of the IPA CIS. He also shared with the President of the Republic of Moldova his impressions of the elections to the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova observation, which were held in February this year.
