IPA CIS Council Secretariat congratulates the graduates of the St. Petersburg State University

A solemn ceremony of giving out the diplomas of bachelor, magister and postgraduate students in political science took place in the auditorium of the Twelve Colleges of the St. Petersburg state University.

Professor Alexander Surygin represented the IPA CIS at the event an exhorted the young people: “Although you have become professionals, there is still much to learn. I wish you to build your life and career so that in many years you would have something to tell your kids and grandchildren, so that they would be proud of you”.
