IPA CIS delegation attended a commemorative ceremony

A memorial service dedicated to the 73rd anniversary of the outbreak of the Great Patriotic War were held in the hyperboreal capital at the Piskarevskoye memorial cemetery. SG of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Alexey Sergeev laid flower wreaths at the foot of the monument The Mourning Nation. The ceremony was attended by the representatives of the city government, war veterans, residents and guests.
Piskarevskoye memorial cemetery is a war-time cemetery turned memorial grounds, a resting place for the residents and defenders of the city turned a place of pilgrimage.
