IPA CIS delegation attended an international conference

IPA CIS SG Alexey Sergeev sent his message to the participants of the conference. The message was read out by the head of IPA CIS delegation Alexandr Semenov.

The message said that the environment of looming global threats and gathering regional instabilities, continuing threat of international terrorism and WMD proliferation it is essential to have effective emergency relief legislation to guarantee adequate response. Education, especially among the young generation, might be an factor of stability among the elements of instability. For that end, a coherent public policy is needed to ensure the transfer of values, knowledge and traditions through the generations.
