IPA CIS delegation laid wreaths at the monument of the Mourning Nation

The ceremony dedicated to the 69th anniversary of the Great Victory started off at 11 a.m. City residents carrying flowers streamed through the alleys of the Memorial Park – the burial grounds of hundreds of thousands of victims of the Blockade. The delegation of the IPA CIS attended the ceremony and laid a wreath in the name of the IPA CIS Council and its Chairperson Valentina Matvienko.
