Valentina Matvienko
Member nations of the CIS share a history centuries long and marked by endurance and achievement. Yet, the Victory in the Great patriotic War stands out far and beyond all others.Seventy years is a long time even in historical terms. Yet, as years go by, the glory of the monumental achievement of our nations is shining on brightly ever more. With time, we become acutely aware of the manifest value of victory over Nazism and its homebase, the Nazi Germany. V-Day is a celebration of triumph of freedom over bondage, humanity over evil and enlightenment over the darkness of savagery.

IPA CIS Council Secretary General Alexey Sergeev made a presentation on the efforts deployed by the IPA CIS to counter molestation attacks at the historical integrity of the Second World War by promoting distorted visions of its factological landscape.

Alexey Sergeev
The IPA CIS holds dearly the memories of the Great Patriotic War, wartime heroes and defenders of the homeland. Their achievements are cherished and celebrated. We have a shared history and are called on to safeguard it as an asset that we share, as a sacrament. This was a victory driven by the fortitude and fusion of all nations of the Commonwealth. We owe a special debt of tribute to our veterans who have overcome the enemy, to their stoicism and valor.

Vladimir Andreychenko distributed commemorative medals to the participants of the Living memories Tour.
