Participants of the CIS Youth Parliamentary Forum arrive in St Petersburg

On 23-25 October, St Petersburg will be host to the first CIS Youth Parliamentary Forum sponsored by the IPA CIS on the initiative of the Youth Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member Nations (YIPA CIS). Its mission is to engage youth in parliamentary process and civil activism.
