RCC Board of Experts held a meeting in Moscow

The experts discussed the bills of laws on e-government, on cross-border e-document exchange, on inter-state exchange of special communication messages and the draft of new model law on Internet regulation.
The participants of the session also discussed the draft Strategy on Information Security of the CIS member nations and the draft of the laws on e-notary and on developing information society.
The experts also focused on the long-range plan of model law-making in the CIS member nations for 2016-2020.
The session was attended by Secretary of the Permanent Commission of the IPA CIS on Culture, Information, Tourism and Sport, Head of the Law-Making Department in social and humanitarian sphere of the Analytical Department of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Konstantin Pshenko.
