Viktor Kogut met with students of the Faculty of International Relations of St Petersburg State University of Economics

Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Viktor Kogut met with students of the Department of International Relations of St. Petersburg State University of Economics. The meeting took place in the IPA CIS HQ.

Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus told the students about the main roles of the IPA CIS, such as model law-making aimed at harmonization of the national legislation.

Head of the Model Law-making Department on Social and Humanitarian Sphere of the Expert and Analytical Directorate of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat, Secretary of the IPA CIS PC on Culture, Information, Tourism and Sports Konstantin Pshenko and Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor, Professor of International relations, medialogy, political science and history of St. Petersburg State University of Economics Gennady Nuryshev attended the meeting.
