Windpipe organ concert was held in the Kupolniy Hall of the Tavricheskiy Palace. Among the guests was Vice Speaker of the national Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Eduard Sharmazanov and Secretary General – cum – Executive Secretary of the IPA CIS Council Alexey Sergeev.
