Belarus to host Participants of Jubilee Forum “Children of Commonwealth”

The X International Cultural and Educational Forum “Children of the Commonwealth” will be held from 7 to 16 July 2025. For the first time it will be held in Belarus, in the children’s center “Zubryonok”, located on the territory of the National Park “Narochanskiy”. This year the forum will be dedicated to the theme “80th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Memory and Unity of Generations”.
The forum is organized by the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS and the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus with the support of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Schoolchildren of the CIS countries will be able to get acquainted with the history, culture and traditions of the Belarusian people. The children will visit significant memorial sites of the Great Patriotic War and meet with veterans.
The forum “Children of the Commonwealth” was initiated by the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and supported by the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly. The first forum was held in 2013 in Cholpon-Ata, in a boarding house on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul.
