Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic Amended Law on Information Protection

On 27 May 2022, the Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic adopted the amendments to the Law on Information, Informatization and Information Protection. According to the press service of the Milli Majlis, the approved Law defines the legal basis of the ‘critical information infrastructure’, procedure for ensuring its safety, as well as the authorized authority in this field.
