Russian MPs Adopted Several Laws Aimed at Improving Country’s Business Environment

The State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted a number of draft laws designed to promote the economic development of the country.
The Law on Mandatory Requirements in the Russian Federation and the Law on State Control (Oversight) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation passed the final hearing.
In addition, the MPs also adopted the Law on Experimental Legal Regimes in the Field of Digital Innovations in the Russian Federation and the Law on Amendments to Part II of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (in terms of tax support measures for organizations operating in the field of information technologies).
