Russian Senators Ratified Agreement on Operations with Precious Metals Within EAEU

At today’s meeting, the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation ratified the Agreement on the Specifics of Operations with Precious Metals and Stones within the Eurasian Economic Union.

Member of the Federation Council Committee on the Budget and Financial Markets Akhmat Salpagarov presented the document. The Agreement establishes conditions for the circulation of precious metals and stones in the EAEU, as well as the framework for cooperation in this area within the EAEU.
