Vladimir Putin Awarded Natalya Kochanova Order of Friendship

Speaker of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, member of the IPA CIS Council Natalya Kochanova was awarded the Order of Friendship.
The corresponding Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin was signed the day before.
Natalya Kochanova was awarded a high award for her great contribution to strengthening friendship, cooperation and mutual understanding between peoples.
