Green Wave in Belarus

In Belarus, the Green Wave parallels the annual Week of Forest, a popular initiative which gathered 50 participants last year. This year the IPA CIS-led Green Wave contributed to the initiative.

The tree-planting ceremony included parliamentarians and representatives of the IPA CIS led by Viktor Kogut, Deputy Secretary General.
