Vice-speakers of Armenia and Russia meet at the Federation Council

The parties discussed promotion of interparliamentary cooperation and Armenia’s accession to the Eurasian Economic Union. They also focused on efforts to converge legislation and provide integrational framework.
Vice-Speaker of the Federation Council welcomed Armenia’s decision to apply for the EEU membership. His Armenian homologue noted the efficiency of work by parliamentarians from both countries and the importance of interparliamentary meetings for addressing specific issues.
