Chief Justice of the CIS Economic Tribunal takes questions at an on-line conference

The CIS Economic Tribunal has set an on-line conference of the Chief Justice Liudmila Kamenkova. The Conference was set at the Tribunal's web-portal in the format of a QA session. Subjects discussed related to: mandate and mission of the Tribunal, going forward; Tribunal as a modulator of treaty implementation; Tribunal rulings as a source of national laws in the CIS; legal status of Tribunal decisions; enforcement of Tribunal decisions in the CIS; Tribunal as a recourse for entrepreneurs; dispute resolution in the free-trade area; cooperation with sectoral CIS bodies and interngovernmental organizations, outreach activities.
