CIS Execom experts address humanitarian cooperation

An expert group meeting takes place in Minsk to discuss a plan of priority measures in humanitarian cooperation for 2015-2016. Humanitarian cooperation is a mainstream activity of the CIS and is organized in biannual programs drafted by experts based on priority needs of member nations.
