CIS Youth Council gathers in Minsk

On 13-14 November, Minsk will host a regular session of the CIS Committee on Youth Affairs with an agenda of some twenty issues. The session is expected to adopt a resolution declaring the Year 2016 the CIS Year of the Volunteer.

The Council has the mandate to promote cooperation among youth-competent authorities and advocacies in the CIS.
