First European games end in Baku

The Games took place from 12 to 28 June. The Russian national team leads the total medal score. The athletes from other CIS nations also demonstrated outstanding performance.

The President of the European Games Patrick Hickey officially closed the games while noting their pivotal role in promoting this continent-wide competition format as we moved forward.
