Heads of CIS Governments meet in Minsk

The meeting was chaired by the Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Miasnikovich. The meeting reviewed some 20 drafts on promoting cooperation. It also reviewed the progress under the CIS Program of Innovations till 2020 and the biannual plan of action.
