IPA CIS and CIS Execom plan to draft 20 plus documents

CIS Execom Chairman Sergey Lebedev reminded CIS parliamentarians that the Council of the CIS Heads of State at its meeting in Minsk on 25 October 2013 adopted four programs in the sphere of countering crime, terrorism, illegal drugs trafficking and human trafficking. The four programs provide for 20 new legal texts to be drafted and approved as a follow-up. Mr Lebedev noted that the traditional engagement between the IPA CIS and the Execom in the drafting exercise was instrumental in fostering stability and security in the Commonwealth.
