Leading analysts and executive office staff of CIS parliaments will gather in St. Petersburg

The Seminar is sponsored by the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia and the European Centre for Parliamentary Research and Documentation, with the support of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat.

To this date, senior officers, leading analysts and executive staff of over 30 European parliaments have confirmed their attendance. Among the themes of the Seminar are new requirements to parliamentary staff, IT and other technologies as applied to parliamentary procedures in law-making, engagement of civil society in parliamentary activities.
