Meeting of the Economic Policies Commission at the CIS Economic Council to take place in Moscow

On 16 May, the Economic Policies Commission at the CIS Economic Council will hold its meeting in Moscow.
The participants of the meeting will discuss the draft Protocol on Amendments to the Cooperation Agreement in the Field of Development and Use of Mobile Cellular Communication Systems of 17 January 1997, as well as the Action Plan on the Implementation of the CIS Agreement Cooperation on Managing Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment. The participants will be informed on the implementation of the CIS Convention on Cross-Border Cooperation, the activity of the CIS Advisory Board on International Expositions and Conventions in 2013-2017 and the activity of the CIS Advisory Board on Cooperation in Science, Technology and Innovation.
The Commission will consider the reports on the competitive situation in the markets of the production of nonmetallic building materials across the CIS and the countries’ contributions to the CIS joint budget in 2018.
The participants will also set the date for the next meeting of the Commission and discuss the draft agenda.
