Sergey Lebedev: "Join Chiefs of Border Guards is the most effective sectoral branch of the CIS"

Speaking before the press Sergey Lebedev gave a positive assessment of activities of the CIS JCBG as the most effective sectoral branch of the CIS. CIS Execom chief also said that a new set of instruments is in the pipeline to be adopted at the CIS summits in Minsk this Fall.
