The preparations for the IV Congress of Teachers and Educationalists of the CIS are in progress

On 2 – 5 October 2016, Moscow will host the IV Congress of Teachers and Educationalists of the CIS. It will coincide with the 25^th anniversary of the CIS.

The Congress will foster the integration of educational space in the CIS and demonstrate the proficiency of the Russian Federation in maintaining the high quality of school education. The Congress will be attended by educators of preschool educational institutions, representatives of interstate and inter-government organizations from the CIS, publishers in education, politicians, academicians and experts in culture and education.

At the Congress, the Moscow State Pedagogical University will introduce its Continuing Professional Education Programme for Teachers of the Russian Language and Literature, Mathematics, Geography and conduct master classes for the Congress participants.

The Moscow State Pedagogical University cooperates very successfully with the CIS countries. It is a party to the Agreement with the Eurasian Pedagogical Universities Association and successfully supports the Russian language as the basis for developing integration processes in the CIS countries. The Association is very experienced in consolidating efforts and coordinating institutions of higher education in the Eurasian region. Now this experience is going to be broadened and will also cover school education.
