Viktor Kiryanov on the Road Safety Congress

Deputy Minister of the Interior Viktor Kiryanov met with a correspondent of the Rossiyskaya Gazeta and noted that the overarching theme of the Congress was Youth and Road Safety. It is heartbreaking to know that young people make up the majority of road accident victims. And this is the pattern across the globe. It is imperative that we step in with programs of educating youth and building awareness of safety on roads.
